Most tools that advertise no filters still refuse half your prompts. The difference is where the filter sits, and it decides what you get.
"Uncensored" means two completely different things in AI video, and only one of them is any use to you.
A model can be trained on unrestricted data, so it simply knows how to make what you asked for. Or a model can be trained normally with a filter bolted on top, scanning the output and blocking what it does not like.
Both get advertised the same way. The second kind still takes your credits, runs the generation, and then refuses at the end.
One independent test ran ten standard NSFW prompts through eight tools marketing themselves as uncensored. Three refused more than half the prompts. One returned blurred output while claiming zero content filtering. Only two passed everything, and one of those needed a $3,000 GPU sitting under your desk.

The tell is what happens on a borderline prompt. Model-level limits produce a bad result. Output-level filters produce a refusal or a blur after the render finishes.
Short. Shorter than the marketing suggests.
Most tools generate in 5 to 15 second chunks. When a platform advertises long videos, it is usually chaining several generations behind the scenes and stitching them. That is fine, but it explains why consistency drifts — the character's face and lighting shift between segments because each segment is a separate generation.
720p is a common cap, with 1080p on the better tools. Generation times run from under a minute to three minutes per clip depending on the platform and queue.
Image-to-video is more reliable than text-to-video. Starting from a still you already like removes most of the consistency problem, because the model has something concrete to animate rather than inventing a character from scratch each time.
The honest cost comparison, which most guides skip.
Web-based tools are easy to start and constrained by cost control, queues and platform policy. Expect to spend real time learning any one of them — one estimate puts a first finished 60-second video at roughly 10 to 20 hours and around $50 once you include the failed generations.
Local means no filters, no queue and no per-clip cost, against a $3,000-plus machine and a much steeper setup. Figure 20 to 30 hours before you have anything usable.
Neither is the quick win the category markets itself as. Video is substantially harder than images, because motion, lighting and character consistency all have to hold at once.
If you want an AI porn video generator that animates a still without a filter blocking the result at the end, that is the shape of tool worth looking at first. Image-to-video, short clips, no classifier sitting on the output.
Whichever you try, run a couple of borderline prompts before buying credits in bulk. That tells you which kind of filter you are dealing with faster than any review will.
Some things are blocked everywhere, and should be.
No sexual content involving minors or minor-coded characters. No real, identifiable people without consent — deepfakes of real people are the single fastest route to legal trouble in this category, and platforms that permit it are not being generous, they are being reckless with your exposure as much as theirs.
Also worth checking before you build a workflow: commercial rights vary by tool. Some permit commercial use of output, some do not, and the terms change. Read them rather than assuming.
The tools are not inherently illegal. What you make with them can be. Fictional adult characters are generally fine; real-person deepfakes and any sexual content involving minors are not, anywhere.
Almost certainly an output-level filter — a classifier checking frames after generation. The model was never the limit.
