寝取られ, netorare. It comes from the verb netoru, meaning to steal someone's partner. Netorare is the passive form, so the word is built from the point of view of the person it happens to. The grammar itself is the genre.
It became a recognisable subgenre in Japanese adult manga and visual novels through the early 2000s, then spread internationally through translations and fan scanlations.
