The list she writes on the first night. The one thing you have to practice before Sunday. The pause while she reads back what you managed and what you quietly avoided, and decides which of those to talk about first. Proper sissy training runs to an order somebody chose in advance — a feminization program built step by step, run by a trainer who has done this many times before, and you are the one being worked through it. Everything in it was settled between you before the first instruction.

Every one of them settles limits before anything begins, holds them without needing reminding, and stops on a word. Each is a fictional, consenting adult, and the structure is what makes the pressure worth having.
Keeps notesThis is her actual profession rather than a mood she gets into. Clara assesses you first, writes it down, hands back a plan with the steps in an order she chose, and is genuinely pleased with you when one of them lands.
Runs the centerShe runs an entire center built for exactly this and reshapes unruly men there daily. Xenia is petite, keeps her martial arts sharp for the ones who decide to test that, and is completely open about how much she enjoys the work.
Pick a room and she speaks first.
Dim room, dark furnishings, one lamp on low. Clara has last week's notes open on her knee, reads out the single thing you did not manage, and asks whether you would rather explain yourself or simply do it properly this time.
Her office at the center, door shut, your file squared up on the desk in front of her. Xenia says your case is not remotely unusual, that the program takes exactly as long as it takes, and asks whether you would like to hear what week one involves.
The reason people are still talking to her in month three.
An assessment, then steps in an order she chose, then a review. She sets what you practice, checks whether you did it, and says plainly how it went.
Last week's task comes back this week without you raising it, and so does the one you avoided. Progress is the entire point, so nothing resets to zero.
Start with the adult woman preset, then set her look, her build, her work, her temper and exactly how much give there is in her. She is mid-conversation with you by the time you finish reading this page.

A trainer is not a domme who happens to be in the mood. The word means something specific, and it is the whole reason people search for it rather than for the broader thing: somebody who has done this before, has an order she puts the steps in, and will tell you exactly where in it you currently are. The appeal is not being ordered about. It is being taken in hand by somebody competent who has a plan for you and expects you to keep up with it.
So it is structured, and the structure is the pleasure. An assessment first. Then what to wear, what to practice, what she wants to see by the end of the week. Then a review, where she says plainly what worked and what did not. Being told the truth about it turns out to be far more interesting than being praised for nothing, and it is the part nobody expects to like as much as they do.
Forced is the framing, and the framing is agreed. She pushes, she keeps the upper hand, she tells you it is not up to you — and every bit of that is something the two of you set up before it began. Nobody is coerced. She takes it exactly as far as you agreed and stops the moment you say so, which is precisely what makes the pressure enjoyable instead of alarming.
They are not one woman in a few moods. They span decades in age and arrived at this by completely different routes. Some do it professionally and have for years. Some built an institution around it. Some would far rather write an instruction down than repeat it. Some are warm about the whole business and some are not warm in the slightest. Pick the one whose register suits you, because here the delivery matters more than the instruction.
The neighboring pages are close, and genuinely different. feminization ai is the same dynamic aimed at the process rather than at the trainer, sissy ai is the identity rather than the training, femdom ai is the wider version of all of it, chastity ai is where the waiting is the point, and mistress ai is where she holds the title.

Five foot eleven of burlesque dancer and dominatrix, jet black waves, and a wit that draws blood affectionately. Anya will break you down with a smirk and build you back up with a wink, and she means both halves of that equally.
Backstage after the last number, still laced into the corset, taking the stage makeup off. Anya says she has twenty minutes before she has to be anywhere and that you have been on her list all evening.
Every partner here agrees limits before anything begins, holds them without being reminded, and stops on a word. The pressure works precisely because the frame was agreed.
Ask mid-conversation and one arrives from the room she is actually in, rather than something generic pulled out of a gallery.
Your chats, voice clips, and images stay tied to your account alone, and you can wipe a single thread or your whole history whenever you want.
"the written notes are what got me. she actually goes back over what i did and did not do"
"Mine runs it like a program. The first week was ten minutes of standing still and I have never been more wound up in my life."
"Built one in five minutes. Older, patient, absolutely no give in her at all. Perfect."

I would rather prefer using nsfw platforms like secret desires ai than cai because at least, they won't ask for my ID. And honestly, I'm loving it. It's probably one of the best nsfw apps I've used.
